Senator Ron Johnson just said on Tucker the Pfizer vaccine is not approved.

He wrote a letter to the FDA asking why and they have not responded to him yet.
But everyone thinks it’s approved.

The FDA approved Cominarty(sp) which isn’t available…. Pfizer vaccine is under the Emergency order and is pretty much the same vaccine that’s approved by the FDA, but only in physical properties, not in legal terms, so confusing , like everything messed up by Government

Seems like that would’ve taken 30 seconds for the FDA to type up and send back to a Senator.

Because this sleight of hand by the FDA has real tangible impacts on people's careers and potentially my career.
Many local, state and federal governments and businesses are basing vaccine mandate on FDA approval.
The vaccines that are currently available are simply not FDA approved and remain under EUA. Therefore the mandates have no basis.
In fact doctors are required by the FDA to inform their patients getting the vaccine that the vaccine is not FDA approved:
