That is a huge amount. They’re struggling to get opinions out right now. Will be decisions on the travel ban, the gay wedding cake, and partisan gerrymandering among others. It’s going to be yuge league over the next six weeks.

Bring it on. I can't wait until another couple of these fricking left wing fossils retires or dies to open up another spot for a Conservative Justice.

Indeed. If Trump can get Kennedy replaced which is a good chance and re-elected, he can have 2 and possibly 3 picks.

I want them to address something while writing their opinions.

How is it okay to fine and sue a restaurant/bakery owner for not wanting to bake a rainbow jizz cake ... yet it's also okay for a business owner to ban someone from their restaurant if they are white or if they are wearing a MAGA hat?

Because all men are created equal, but the gheys are more equal than deplorable republicans.

The public employee union ruling is supposed to be released in June. This one could be huge.

No opinion is supposed to be released anytime. They will all be released by June 30 (if not held over for another term, which is not expected).

I wouldn’t be shocked to see that one be the first of the blockbuster opinions released. Alito has been frothing at the mouth to overturn Abood, and probably wrote an opinion doing so as far back as Knox in 2011 which started us down this road. Kagan has equally been frothing at the mouth to champion stare decisis.

The only person left to really write anything is Gorsuch. Janus could be decided tomorrow, and it wouldn’t be a surprise.

Gorsuch opinions are a thing of beauty, written in plain English so the normal citizens can understand what is happening.

To be honest, even though I can’t stand her judicial stances, Kagan is by far the best writer on the court. Her writings are things of beauty.

Hopefully Gorsuch stays the course And hones his skills just as well.

They can retire any day. He doesn’t have to announce it on your or anyone else’s schedule.

I wouldn't bet on the SC siding with the baker on the gay cake issue. I'm not 100% sold on justice Gorsuch. He could be disappointing.

The Almighty can announce anyone's retirement without notice on His schedule.

Well it's not like the liberal social lean of the court has changed any since all the other gay rulings. So I imagine the gay cake issue is in the homosexuals favor.

Doesn't matter. The 9th will overrule anyway.

The State issues business licenses not the church. The gay cake is a no brainer, unless it's pecker shaped cake.

Republicans might have screwed this up. If Dems get control of house he can wait another year and a half then retire in 2020. They can use the whole "Next president needs to decide" argument republicans used in 2016 with Scalia.

Im personally hoping this happens to watch the sheep melt at the same shite they pulled happening to them
