Heat Street’s Stephen Miller (aka @RedSteeze) doled out his witty commentary on the matter. Silverman admitted her mistake, but still said that there was a resemblance. Then, she got nasty, invoking the c-word when talking about those who called her out on this insanely ridiculous observation.

The article has an update with Silverman's tweets to people who called her out on her mistake. They're funny. Which you would know if you'd bothered to read the OP instead of being a smartass.

I wonder if people like Silverman know that the swastika is not German in origin....it's Indian in origin. Hitler co-opted the image because it was from the Aryan peoples who were located in ....India

That one was just a joke. The swastika thing is what makes her retarded. Really hope her friend Adam Carolla rips into her for this, especially since he used to have that job.

there is a city in Canada named "Swastika". I believe it's in Ontario.
the name of the town predates Hitler and the Nazi party though. but people like Silverman seldom let something like common sense get in the way of being outraged. i wonder why she hasn't forced that city to change their name?
