Control of House and Senate and these motherfrickers have nothing. Establishment Republicans should be voted out and replaced with leaders that want to work and not play politics. As a conservative, this is pathetic.

The old one worked just fine for 99.999% of non-deadbeats; just go back to that.

They didn't think a Republican could win. So they never planned for it

Agreed and the Ds and Rs actually need to work together but it appears that those days are over.

We need a third party to balance out the socialist Ds and the gonadless Rs.

Agree, clean repeal or just drop it and let it fail. When the country is further devastated, then maybe they will get the message...

I agree. However, when has any huge legislation like this ever been repealed? It's absurd to think that any of these fricking spineless politicians will make a serious effort.

This and the Sessions thread are giving me some inkling of hope for this board.

No excuses. I might add, they put up a bill to repeal Obamacare completely many times when they knew it couldn't pass. Now that they can repeal it, no balls.

I agree. I'm willing to bet their internal polling shows incumbents getting through it though come election time. They are rolling the dice. Another calculated gamble. Will the electorate be smart enough to vote them out, though?

They got greedy trying to tie this to an unsustainable tax plan.

Without the tax plan they could come up with something.
