Republican States Threaten to Sue Trump Over Obama Immigration Policy

Ten Republican Attorney Generals are threatening to sue the Trump administration over its refusal to immediately rescind the Obama administration’s Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program benefiting young undocumented immigrants.
In a letter to Attorney General Jeff Sessions, the attorney generals called for the government to phase out the program by refusing to accept new enrollees and refusing to renew current permits. State attorney generals from Texas, Arkansas, Alabama, Idaho, Kansas, Louisiana, Nebraska, South Carolina, Tennessee and West Virginia signed the letter, as well as Idaho Governor Butch Otter.

What a surprise. The cream of the crop, when it comes to the best American states, ain't it folks?
Each one of them at the bottom of any ranking of substance (health, education etc.), but somehow have a problem with Mexican or other Latino kids who have lived here most of their lives and are American for all practical purposes from coming out of the shadows and going to college or becoming contributing members of society.
Texas is the odd man out, saved only by its natural resources. If not for its oil & gas, it would be like any of the other backward-arse state on that list.

Furthermore, many of those states you listed spend MORE per capita on government programs than the national average. So what exactly is your point?
And let's not throw stones. Democrats are the party of our third world inner cities.
South central, south side, hartford ct, newark..... all third world and embarrassments

Trump admin can refuse to defend against the lawsuit and let DACA die. That looks like the plan to me, but I'm not a lawyer so it's just a guess.

Ending a program that’s allowed hundreds of thousands of undocumented immigrants to work in the country without fear of being deported isn't a bad thing.
You can lump Texas in as some kind of groupthink follower with regard to this issue, but the Texas Attorney General's move is anything but unprecedented. DACA preceded DAPA (2014), which would have expanded the eligible population of the program and lengthened work permits to three years. That program was never implemented, since Texas sued the Obama administration and successfully convinced a district judge and an appellate court that Obama overstepped his executive authority. Last year, the U.S. Supreme Court split on the matter and upheld the appellate court’s decision.
It's not an emotional deal; it's simply a matter of looking after the best interests of legal Texas residents.

All of this is factually incorrect and is at best the ramblings of an insane man.

The big key to your whole bull shite diatribe: "American for all practical purposes".
Consulting my libtard to English translator, this means they are NOT American and have no legal right to be here.
Why don't you move to Illinois and help them pay off the humongous debt that your libtard advocacy has helped them accrue.

bullshite
The idiotic red state vs. blue state drivel libs push does not consider, among other things:
rural vs urban - jamming people together getseconomies of scale
cost of living
percentage of black people
military spending in less populous states is spread over fewer people
western states affected by money to Indian reservations
and on and on and on
but liberals will grab on to any simplistic "analysis" no matter how inaccurate it is if it supported their point
like they do with static economic analysis, baseline budgeting, and most of their global warming bullshite
