2. The accusation is that Greenberg used the site to find the 17 year old and then passed the girl onto Gaetz. Or at least that is what Greenberg pled guilty to.

It is pretty clear that Gaetz paid to have sex with young women. As for the 17 year old, both the girl and his friend have said that Gaetz had sex with her.
This isn't innuendo or rumor. These are direct accusations. The only question right now is if the DOJ has the interest of pursuing a case.
