Race and murder statistics

So I've heard the usual 13% of the population commits 50% of the murders statement. But it got me thinking... Most of these people are young blacks. I wanted to see what the numbers were for that demographic
African Americans males 17-29 committed ~4,000 of the ~15,000 murders in 2015. That's roughly 25%
That age range makes up about 1% of the population. So 1% of the population is responsible for a quarter of all murders. And we wonder why cops are jumpy around young black males?

And for the local SJWs... Whites make up about 69% of the population and we're responsible for 64% of arrests. So before you say blacks are targeted by the police, why are whites arrested at about the same rate as their population size if they have some inherent privilege or are favored by the police?

That's a fair assessment, however, I don't think that should be an excuse for killing a young, black male who was unarmed and hadn't committed a crime or was not a threat to a police officer or others.

You are correct. It's not an excuse. It's an explanation.
Unarmed people of all colors are killed by the police. It happens at a higher rate in young African Americans because they are more likely to be involved in violent crime and be in contact with police for said violent crime

You can always go to either side of the argument and pick out specific isolated cases to support you.
The fact is police are not cruising around looking for blacks to kill.
The fact is there is no systemic racism in this country against blacks except for democrats and the liberal media purposely keeping them subjugated.

It's because the narrative is something else. They are stuck in a false reality and believe that people discriminate as much as the white southern democrats did in the 60's. The truth is the parties never flip flopped. Abraham Lincoln was a Republican President. Why people cannot accept certain facts is beyond my abilities.

White means Arab descent and Latinos now as well after Holder revamped the way crime figures were done. The numbers on white crime is therefore inflated.

What are you really saying here?
Can you make an estimate of how often your scenario happens?
Yeah - I know, even once is one too many, but there are really evil things that happen far far far more often.
Perfection will never occur in any human institution or activity. To demand that no cop anywhere any time ever makes a mistake, or to demand that the police force never have a single bad egg amongst them is so stupid a mandate that it is merely laughable.
I want better policemen. I also want better politicians, better waitresses, better lawyers, better doctors, better teachers, better - - - you get the idea.
The percentage of cops who actually resemble the trait you are presenting is vanishingly small. To demand that percentage actually become zero is as stupid as wailing about the evils of gravity.
To be honest, I don't understand why there is not more police violence directed toward the animals they have to deal with every day of their lives. I know I'd shoot a lot of this low-live scum getting in my face just because they have been taught they have that 'right.'

I agree. If had was a policeman stationed in NBR or Central City in NOLA or some other ghetto, I'm fairly confident I'd end up shooting one of those dumb fricks eventually.
