Yet here they are, crossing the border in record numbers. Wonder why.

Since when are immigrant children "detained" in a border state?

I know La. has taken over a 1000 children since the border "crisis" began.

Now I have no way of knowing if these kids are sick, but to say these kids are limited to staying in a border sick is ridiculous.

Yep, everybody knows how Texas with its Third World sanitary conditions and economy is a breeding ground for all sorts of communicable diseases.

I listed the states with major outbreaks... none in border states.

Common sense, an attribute most wingnuts lack, dictates that if this were caused by immigrants we'd expect infections in places they are most likely to traverse.

Sounds like Austin, which has an STD breeding ground at UT.

Why am I not surprised Limbaugh hates immigrants.

Rush is pretty smart about what his idiot listeners will eat up.

he "asks a question" and the usual idiots take it and run with it to the point this thread seems to actually think that the immigrants are the cause of the outbreak.

Rush actually said nothing. His idiot listeners do all the work.

I agree with the gist of this and I'm a Rush fan. Since the "condom whore" kerfluffle, Rush has perfected the ability to suggest something and maintain plausible deniability. This is one of those instances.

I heard the show. I think it was irresponsible to suggest what he did until more evidence comes out.

In fact, I long for the good old days...

Arrivals were asked 29 questions including name, occupation, and the amount of money carried. It was important to the American government that the new arrivals could support themselves and have money to get started. The average the government wanted the immigrants to have was between 18 and 25 dollars. Those with visible health problems or diseases were sent home or held in the island's hospital facilities for long periods of time.

So I need to provide a link for you for each point of a post? I thought attorneys were really good at research.

Each part? How about providing a link that backs up what you say rather than one that doesn't.
