Trump's presidency hasn't even started yet and they are already....
Loving free markets and the freedom from association.
Hating russia and wanting war with them.
Supporting free trade with foreign countries.
Trusting the intel community wholeheartedly.
Opposing some policies because they're too expensive.
..... It's almost like Trump is trolling them into becoming republicans.

They would not dare, not to mention I think the company takes a serious hit. Financially (BOYCOTT)..legally(antitrust?) and could also all of a sudden face new competition (not good pissing off billionaires)

Trump would go rogue if they try. He'd sic DOJ all over em' with all manner of Injunctions for any Tweets that allowed Political opposition their Free Speech right. Can't say I wouldn't like to see Twitter punch the 'tarbaby' too.

GAB isn't a competitor because most people don't know it even exists. Banning Trump would make GAB instantly known worldwide when Trump switched there full time. While many would refuse to use GAB as it certainly would be branded as racist, most would sign up for the lulz and stay for the lack of censorship.

Of course it is, so this should perfectly highlight the joke that is the two party system. Principles mean nothing to either side, although I would counter the GOP has been disconnected from their base for a while now, and Trump is the resultant pushback. Even if he doesn't represent everyone's views, he's an outsider and not a corporate yes man like Obama/Bush. Hillary would have been more of the fricking same.

This is a non-story. Trump's tweets bring tons of revenue to Twitter when butthurt liberals link them in their articles and talk about them. Everyone wants to know what Trump just tweeted, and Twitter gets tons of hits from it. They wouldn't ban him and lose all that revenue

Trump has Twitter over a barrel at this point. Banning Trump from Twitter would cause massive damage to the company and its bottom line.
