This is one of the benefits to homeschooling--the ability to adjust curriculum on the fly.
(You can also make them stay up late to watch a political debate--then make them write a paper on it

You mean when I show the Master's NCAA and random bowl games I am not a great teacher? Well damn, guess I should just show inaugurations then
I am not showing it in my classroom, since we are showing it at a school assembly. Students who do not or students with parents who do not want to them to watch, will go to another part of the building and do something else, some team building thingy.

They should be allowed to watch it on classroom TV with the sound turned off. Then have the radio on Rush Limbaugh because he's gonna be broadcasting the event with appropriate commentary.
