I have very very little good things to say about Biden, or defend him.
i was under no impression that Biden actually knew that he was making that proclamation of his own volition.

This is a case where I think two things can actually be said to be true (which any single truth is a rarity in this Administration):
“He” (his Admin) issued the proclamation.
He had no clue this was done “on his behalf”.
Not a good look regardless but I think it was one of the rare times ol’ Joe was caught being honest.
