It's already happening. Look into the "stepped up basis" on inheritance. Aside from filling Federal coffers, it's meant to make heirs sell their family farms because they can't afford the taxes. Who will buy them? Monsanto. All food production will eventually end up in the hands of just a few corporations that the government can control.

then their parent(s) should be responsible and use the money they are given by the govt for their kids... ON THEIR kids and not booze, smokes, vapes, drugs, dog food, drugs, tats, cell phones, designer clothes, lobster, new cars,$180 shoes and big screen tvs
