The ____ is my shepherd...
It’s not Trump, not Biden, not dems nor Republicans or Q. We as a country have turned away from him and made politics our religion. We are neglecting our families, friends, kids and ourselves spending more time glued to screens than with we do with each other... I know I am guilty of this. Remember that no matter what happens with politics, He is in control.

You miss the point
Conservatives already have a religion. But the Left channels that religious impulse into politics. They set up missions (you call them universities) in the uncivilized interior. They use the Media to propagate their message. They have religious broadcasts like Colbert, Maher, Kimmel, Oliver etc... where believers can unite in fellowship.

Radical politics/chaos/destruction has long been a religion for those who hate freedom and live for blood lust and power.
Those who love freedom and who stand up against tyranny, when they see the urgency to stand up against it, should not be painted with that same brush.

I agree. Social media is bad for us and smartphones have become idols. We have to break the habit of being constantly hooked into every problem around the world. (As I type 5 mins before midnight.)

But somebody realized that Race is the eternal guilt trip of American liberals. This got ramped up under Obama and gave us BLM Summer.
Today, the word "racist" is equivalent to "communist" in 1950. The magic word, once used, not only ends debate but can even end careers. As long as the word retains its mgic powers, it cannot be defeated.

Some conservatives do but many are rowing the same boat with a different set of oars. Do you think the average conservative spends more time reading/ talking about political matters or religious teachings? I’m not disagreeing with you about the left either......we still have to live right despite what others do.

Not all of us. We have allowed The Communist Movement to infiltrate while we were busy working and dealing w’life in general. NOW. We are awake and they have to deal with us! We pray daily and we honor our Lord & Savior, I’m ready either way they want to do this. The sooner the better!!!!

When you deny God's existence and instead elevate man to be the central figure of morality and truth you replace universal good with moraL relativism.
That is the definition of evil and the entire goal of Satan. Convincing man that he doesn’t need God. It’s the allegory of the garden.
America has slowly and methodically been denying God and inviting Satan into our country and the balance it seems may have finally tipped in the wrong direction.
The disgusting rampant acceptance of the porn industry, the peak vanity seen in the worship of social media, and the complete lack of parental involvement in children’s lives will be the downfall of this country.

if people can't go to God, they channel that energy towards hate. and they tell you who to hate.

Churches are shut down and anyone who goes to one is a danger to society. The government must bar their doors.
Walmart is fully open for business stand shoulder to shoulder and worship at the alter of sloth and gluttony. The government will give you money to go there.

Agree with the OP.
But, with the federal government becoming increasingly more openly evil, we have to pay attention to what's going on.
It's easy to see a Democrat and know they will vote for evil.
We have to pay attention to the RINOS more closely.
I say this because I'd still like my kid to grow up in a world where he's free to openly believe in God.
