I haven't seen any real indication that Comey is going to get charged with anything.
The only thing Comey seems guilty of is greatly overvaluing the importance of his testimony.

Trump never even said in the affirmative that there were recordings of their conversation. All he said was that Comey better hope that no tapes did exist.
