They're also more likely to switch from far right to far left.

These papers are almost always pseudo science design to pat the researchers on the back, and denigrate whoever their target of the day is.

People with liberal views able to dishonestly create the most educated-sounding piles of shite research papers in human history.

If you challenge a Democrat to a debate you're going to get "you're a racist" as a logical defense from them.

Proof that they're more extreme than freedom loving Americans.

I don't think it's about "extreme" views. It's about TRUTH, and what's right.

I'm a solid conservative, but the corrupt, bought-and-paid-for corporate media would falsely brand me as an extremist. So would Democrats, Big Tech, corrupt RINO's like Romney and Ryan, etc.

Hell, even GOPe hacks like W. Bush, No Name, and Romney were given the "extremist" treatment by the entities I mentioned. When will we ever learn?

Back in the day we were the non-conformists. They called us radicals.

anything "they" do not agree with...

Your question is an "extreme view" to them... and it is offensive and racist to boot...

No, they don't. Psychologists know that men are more 'single focused' whereas women are 'varied'. IE, a male's interest tends to shove other experiences aside and he becomes really good at his interest.
A female likes to have lots of interests and becomes extremely expert at none of them.

I had a fascinating discussion with a US Olympic team coach (he was male and team was female). I asked him why girls are better than boys at gymnastics.

Him: 'They're not. Boys are better. But girls go into the sport much more. IE, a youth training school might get 10 boys and 100 girls. 2 boys become competitive..20%. 5 girls become competitive...5% but more advancing to high level than boys.'

Me: "Why do girls fail so much?"
Him: "The reason they most often give me is 'I wanta do other things.' Being successful in gymnastics means sacrificing other things."

Let me guess: They hold “extreme” views because absolutism requires less mental exercise than being a moderate. Does that about sum it up?

And how do they define “extreme views?”

I just tell them that an ad hom is the last gasp of a dying argument. Other obvious signs of failure: projection, deflection, minimization, and appeal to emotions.

This is true for just about every sport... I had a great JV softball coach tell me when I asked him why he never pursued a Varsity HC position... he told me "hormones and car keys, I can deal with one but not both"...

Most girls fall away from sports between 14 and 16, even if they are really talented because of other interests...

Abolition was once an extreme view.

But what other interests? I was a cheerleader and ballet dancer. Had to choose. Couldn’t do both because our squad competed nationally, and did the traditional things too - cheered for basketball and football games etc. I didn’t have time for both because cheerleading was year round. I don’t know what other interest would have possibly distracted me from pointe. It’s not like most high school girls are into gardening. I had to give up one discipline for another. Or do you mean choir or band or instruments?

I don’t understand what you mean by “other interests”. Typically the interests of high school girls and boys are the same. Each other and sports or extra curricular activities appropriate for their sex. I don’t see how Boys stay focused more than girls. More boys are interested in sports to begin with, but i don’t think more girls are quitters.

Boys, hanging out with friends, other sports (as you pointed out), church, family, etc... new found freedom... job...

You are an exception and continued to follow you dream in a sport you loved... for some reason many girls lose that love somewhere between 14 and 16... they are maturing faster than boys...

Boys that are going to drop away tend to do it at graduation or between 18 and 20 ish but it is more of a cannot compete at that level than anything else...

Yeh. Maybe. I never really thought about it. Girls are more likely to be pulled away by art, piano, fashion, etc

But if you count piano and singing in a choir as a complex skill....

But i see what you are saying

Multiple views and interests... I have a daughter that is solely focused on softball, it has been her intent that grades and softball are all that matter outside of family and church... It drives her mother crazy that she is not interested in clothes and doesn't have to be dolled up everytime she leaves the house...

She just broke up with her boyfriend a couple weeks back and when I asked her why she said "he is too clingy for softball season"...

"Extremism" is like every other term in the liberal lexicon.. its on a sliding scale that is determined be their own defined needs/narratives on any given day.
