Ut's fine to have a strong opinion on how a steak should be served, but any person that has the time and inclination to judge and then complain about what another person eats is a petty, small-minded simpleton.

What a joke. Perhaps he just likes his steak cooked that way and doesn't want to deviate from what he likes? I like my steaks cooked medium and I don't even think about changing it when it comes time to order or cook it. People like what they like. It's not always a mental disorder.
