Eating a well done steak is a complete waste of time. Just eat chicken or something more flavorful.

Not one person in this world refers to cowboys when it comes to food or technique, and I doubt very seriously that cowboys were given choice cuts on the range in any case. Chicken fried steak and cowboy stew is not how the west was won. Hell, if conquering territory constitutes good food, then the British have the best food skills around.

It's considered trashy and ghetto. I know that the food snobs think you're ruining any meat if you barely cook it, but I am gonna get my steak, tuna, and lamb chops done medium-well.
