Vice President Pence on Thursday cast a tie-breaking procedural vote that allowed the Senate to move forward with an effort to nix an Obama-era rule that blocked states from defunding healthcare providers for political reasons.
Pence appeared on the floor after a procedural vote stalled in a 50-50 tie, casting the 51st vote in favor.

Pence is hoping some of those future babies will be gay, so he can charge them for their future gay conversion therapy sessions

Republican Sens. Lisa Murkowski (Alaska) and Susan Collins (Maine) joined all Democrats in voting against ending debate on the bill.
Shocking.

Good. If abortion can't be made illegal (yet), at least give the states the option about whether they want to fund it.

Abortion aside, it's ridiculous that PP, which has a political advocacy arm that rants about things like guns and other Democratic pet causes unrelated in any way to women's health, is propped up by government.

I look for the SCOTUS to overturn Roe v. Wade & leave the matter up to each state sometime during Trump's first term. Probably within 2 years.

Taxpayers should not pay for abortion nor birth control. You play, YOU pay.

I think Ginsburg is nearing the end of her life. Funny you should mention Sotomayor, because that woman does not look well, either. I don't even know how old she is, but she appears to have an issue with her health.

America is not ready for this and I don't think Gorsuch or Roberts would be interested in this right now.

If Roe v wade couldn't get overturned in the last 40 years under a conservative Supreme Court with 5 republicans on it, it will never ever be touched again.
Get over it.

It's even worse to be a troll who deliberately distorts another poster's comments. I never said I was wishing death upon anybody, you fricking moron.

It will never be overturned.
It's one of those cases that are beyond reproach.
