Explain to me why relations with Russia are the fault of Congress?
Dems in Congress have been accusing Russia of colluding with Trump for almost a year now and it go, despite still not having any evidence against the Trump campaign after being on a witch hunt since November. If anything, the whole Russian collusion investigation dug up more dirt about possible collusion between Hillary and Ukraine.

Trump signed the sanctions bill, did he not?
What else was he going to do? It passed the House and Senate damn near unanimously. So it was a veto proof bill regardless of what Trump did.

You're not too bright, huh? President and house members are just a little bit different.
YES, NOTING THE DIFFERENCES IS THE POINT. Jesus Christ.

And to your other point about the legislative branch being more in tune with the people, yes that is generally true.
And then goes on to agree w/ me . Unreal.

Although at this particular time, I'd say more people side with Trump than congress on a lot of major issues.
This is a separate claim.

Strange how he's more worried about his relationship with Russia than he is his relationship with Congress.
I wonder why that might be.
Hmmm.
Each day it gets worse with your posting

And that is one of many reasons why a House member is more accountable to the people than a president.
The only thing they are accountable for is getting on CNN, FOX or MSNBC. If they were accountable to anyone they would be working on Healthcare, Taxes and Immigration. But they don't do a damn thing because they know that no one will hold them accountable.
The American people are getting shite on and the only thing congress wants to do is grandstand and yell something about Trump.

It's unreal that people can look at Trump siding with Russia (who just insulted him and the US publicly on twitter FFS) over Congress and not be embarrassed.
I like the Trump direction lately (by lately I mean since Monday), but this is the epitome of acting like a "cuck"
How is he siding with Russia? The risk is not worth the reward AKA sanctions. Congress is an embarrassment and deserved to be called out...it's about time someone had the balls to go after these retards.

This is an incoherent position. People elect House members, same as they do a president. However, a smaller, more cohesive electorate elects a House member. Members of the House are accessible to their constituents (generally) at town halls, in their DC offices, in their district offices, and on the campaign trail where there is zero security. They have staff specifically devoted to constituent services. If you want to get cynical and try and "buy" a House member, it costs far less $$$ than currying influence with a president.
Your problem isn't that House members aren't accountable to the American people (they are, and on a more accelerated cycle than any other federally elected official), it's that they don't always do what you want them to do.

Healthcare, Taxes and Immigration
We just had a vote on health care. New ideas are currently in the works. A tax bill is the next big piece of legislation up for debate. An immigration bill was debuted yesterday. WTF are you talking about?

I think you make a good point.
Comparing the POTUS customer service to house member customer service is not a proper comparison. The POTUS and house members have very different roles.
However I do think it is fair to compare this congress to previous congresses.
They pretty much suck.
Think about this for a second, congress has not passed an official budget in almost 10 years. They have been living off of continuing resolutions (CRs) since they passed the Trillion dollar stimulus in 2009. That means every year since 2009 the stimulus plus a COLA has been approved by congress in these CRs.

You know damn well there wasn't anything he could do but sign that bill. But you want to use it as some gotcha moment. It was going to pass even if he didn't sign it and if he didn't sign it would be fuel for "muh russians" bullshite narrative.
I'm not giving him grief for signing the bill. He should have signed the bill.
I'm giving him grief for letting Russia embarrass him while he targets Congress over...Russia.

You are confusing trying with doing.

Strategic ineptness and outright lying on the part of the leader of the party (i.e., Trump) contributed to the failure of health care and will continue to contribute to additional legislative failures.

But he's not doing that.
He blaming congress for our current terrible relationship with Russia. A relationship that many in congress and anti-Trump political operatives are completely fine with. However, the relationship that congress has cultivated with Russia over the last year or so makes the executive branch's job a lot more difficult. Almost like they were doing this on purpose to sabotage the executive branch.

He is publicly attacking a co-equal branch of the U.S. government because they are administering sanctions on a foreign enemy that our intelligence agencies assessed interfered in our democratic process with the intent to destabilize our country.
That's the synopsis.

If he doesn't sign the bill automatically becomes law regardless of his signature and all the anti-Trumpers scream collusion.
When he does sign it all the anti-Trumpers complain that Trump's legal team advised Trump that the bill is potentially unconstitutional because it ties the executive branch's hands to negotiate with a foreign power.
You left out that if he vetoes the the bill, congress overrides the veto and anti-Trumpers scream collusion. The bill was going to be law regardless what President Trump did.

Then perhaps Trump should accept the findings of his intelligence agencies and the conclusions of the legislative branch so he won't have to be publicly rebuked like this? He boxed himself in here.

You know countries in Europe that hate Russia with a passion shite all over this bill right? I thought we cared about our allies?

Two sides of the same coin. He is strategically inept. This is just another example among many.
