Pretty sure he's referencing a growing animosity with a world power that is being fueled by congressional actions based on a phony collusion story.
But I could be wrong.
If our President wasn't a complete and total pussy on Russia, it wouldn't be necessary. Take your pro-Trump glasses off for a second. Collusion narrative aside, is Russia somehow our ally? Are they not unceasingly trying to undermine our interests?
I do not buy most of the Russia narrative. But Trump is an egomaniac who will lash out at the slightest insult, unless it comes from Russia. That's odd.

So twitter means something now?

All of those are accurate.
Except the first one, I think I'll blame the murderous dictator in Russia for our relations problem. He needs to just shut up about the whole Russia thing if he is unable to put America first.

Be honest. Had he not signed it, you and others here would be screaming that he is a Russian stooge and using this to further bolster the baseless "collusion" claim.
amirite?
If he doesn't sign the bill automatically becomes law regardless of his signature and all the anti-Trumpers scream collusion.
When he does sign it all the anti-Trumpers complain that Trump's legal team advised Trump that the bill is potentially unconstitutional because it ties the executive branch's hands to negotiate with a foreign power.
Don't worry anti-Trumpers, Trump has America's interest first. That's likely the anti-Trumper's biggest worry...putting America first.

This is a dumb attempted deflection. It doesn't reflect anything I've ever said re: Twitter and reveals the kneejerk defense mechanisms of people who simply can't tolerate any critique of the President.

Strange how he's more worried about his relationship with Russia than he is his relationship with Congress.

Just imagine if Congress gave a frick about Americans too.
It would be nice it they got on the same page as the American people.

If they can't do something with healthcare. They can't do anything.
Congress has been dysfunctional for a decade. The only fix is getting rid of all of em. That won't happen. That makes any energy spent trying to work w them on substantive matters is wasted

No it isn't.
You know damn well there wasn't anything he could do but sign that bill. But you want to use it as some gotcha moment. It was going to pass even if he didn't sign it and if he didn't sign it would be fuel for "muh russians" bullshite narrative.
You also know that there is a part of congress that isn't going to work with him no matter what. That should piss off everyone except you want to try to make that a gotcha moment, too.

Russia somehow our ally?
On a sliding scale they have become more of our enemy this last year and not because of any actions by Trump.

So you don't buy the narrative? I have to assume that you don't buy the narrative because the underlying reasons for the narrative do not exist.
So you want Trump to lash out at something that does not exist?
That sounds delusional.

Explain to me why relations with Russia are the fault of Congress?
Trump signed the sanctions bill, did he not?
His only move was to sign it. He had no other move.
If he veto's Congress just overrides and he looks even worse.
He signed it, he doesn't have to like it.
