What fricking "necessary arrangements"? If he has evidence, why doesn't he just give it to the authorities? What a piece of trash exploiting an innocent family's grief for personal aggrandizement.

Did you read it? He repeated several times that he has justification for a law suit right now but is not proceeding with it. He will do so, however, if the family continues to repeat false, defamatory allegations against him. The letter appears to have been written in good faith asking the family to stop trying to interfere with the investigation by discrediting the evidence before it is viewed by the authorities.

The sad part of all this, Dotcom is fighting the DNC via the Rich family. The Rich family are DNC pawns in this disput.

Kim Dotcom extradition to the United States can go ahead, New Zealand high court rules

The kind who lost his last appeal not to be extradited to the United States on serious federal charges and/or an attention whore.

Jumping the shark is the wrong analogy because Happy Days got less popular after that. This forum is still eating this shite up and showing no signs of getting full.

that's your answer...a fricking cartoon?

you could not have fricking come up with a better metaphor for this buffoonery if you tried.

you seem to confuse your Google search for my law degree and years of experience, and you're a fricking idiot for doing so.

You made the point that he's just trying to push a frivolous lawsuit. Whether he is or not, his letter affirmed the opposite.

His letter asserted the opposite. His threats are bullshite and any suit he brought would be frivolous.
