Just curious, how is it legal to pass Homeland Security Act to spy on Americans against our constitutional rights.
Yet its illegal to deport suspected terrorists because it violates their constitutional rights.
If we closed the border and deported the suspected terrorists there would be no need to spy on legal law abiding citizens.
