Are you stating that insinuation is not a device used by those who speak, read, and understand the English language?
If that is your position, then your facts about Trumps campaign and the existence of ACA are completely irrelevant as to whom is responsible for the ACA being in existence.
So you either are ignorant to the existence of insinuation and have a relevance problem, or you were doing precisely what we all knew you were doing and blaming Trump. Then backpedaling when pressed on it.
