anyone who is here illegally and has received government benefits of any sorts should be sent a bill from the government for repayment of ill gotten funds. Those funds are for citizens of this country. Any attempt to send money back to their country of origin should be seized till the funds are repaid. You want to see a mass exodus, do this and watch.

Ummmm... because they have been doing just that for a long time! Just a guess.

Better question is, how stupid do you have to be to let your own country be over run by anyone that wants to show up!

So, I'm curious. What do they do with the young son? I'm assuming he's born here so he's a citizen. Does he go with the dad or does he become a ward of the state?

Lots of kids also have moms...

Putting them to death would be a better deterrent, but hey we can't allways get what we want

not sure what this has to do with enforcing the law

There are no laws regarding "putting people to death" for being illegal aliens.

There are lots of laws regarding enforcement against crawling across the border illegally that have well-defined penalties, but hey, we are obviously in an era where laws are a cafeteria menu and liberals decide which ones to enforce.

If any of you snowflakes on here are illegal I have some advice for you: pack your bags. You are going on a trip.

Surely they can find someone better to deport? This guy has a job and (presumably) pays taxes.

We allow the killing of babies in the womb for inconvenience, so why not illegals.
Paying for services to support them sure as hell is inconvenient to me as a tax payer.

As far as I'm concerned the death penalty should be on the table for illegal aliens.

Furthermore we should allow limit tags for hunters to shoot them as they cross the borders.

If he was 16 when he entered the U.S. then he technically does not qualify for DACA. It just proves how loosely Obama's administration vetted or skirted the law.

According to other articles he came here when he was 7, he has lived in the US for 16 years. Think this article mixed the two up.
