Each police department is also completely different. I don't risk my life on the words of a person I don't know especially with guns involved. I use the tactics I have been taught and am now teaching my young guys. They have kept me safe and I haven't been sued successfully for my actions. I also have never made tigerdroppings.com either.

We don't know that she wasn't. If she was telling me it was hers I would have given her the ticket though. They both may have been investigated the same way and both given tickets.
I can't vouch for every cop on the road. I can only vouch for me and for the ones I have trained. Which is in the hundreds. I can tell you that I have gotten rid of a bunch of people that had no business being a police officer. Some of them have been hired by other departments.

She wasn't. I am not sure they ran her license.
