I know of two people who have done this. They could have stood but didn't.
It's kind of the point of suicide

Prison sheets held a heavier Aaron Hernandez just fine did they not??
Yeah but this guy was supposed to have paper-like sheets, right?

It’s so unacceptable that we couldn’t keep this man alive.

NY Post is known as one of the bastions of journalism and they would never report false information to the public.

My cousin got picked up early one morning years ago for DUI. He supposedly hung himself with his polo shirt that he tore into strips(with an astronomically high bac, at that)

It was amazing both times I saw that. They could have simply stood up to relieve the pressure, but I suppose the light headedness kicks in rapidly and once unconscious they is no relief to the pressure. Only takes 30 pounds of pressure to close the trachea and 10 pounds to close the carotid arteries. Close off the arteries you lose consciousness and don't struggle with the trachea closing.

Wow. I really hate thay all this is having to come into the public conversation (and perhaps future plans for some), but there's no choice it looks like.

**And if I were the federal prison authorities Id come quick with a demonstration of what the regular issue sheets consist of. Not suicide watch sheets, regular issue. Not that it will be much believed I guess.

no. The question is not whether he killed himself, rather, why a suicidal man was taken off precautions only weeks after a near successful attempt. He should have been on for months or more.

That's where the topic is ripe for conspiracy speculation.

Don't be a smart arse. Plenty people quit or wished they'd quit in the midst of the act.

I didn't copy a damned thing. I've only read this and one other thread this evening. Saw nothing from him. But he's a bright guy an whatever it is is probably accurate.

I post soley from in person experiences.

the article linked in this thread said he had paper sheets. AND JE's lawyers say the muscle man guy saved him and now today that he scared him.

ever think that everyone is suppose to believe authorities and the deep state govt agencies so they purposefully put out fricked up info. (even if they did take or kill him) so that it leads to nothing but petty arguments over the conspiracies?

If people look like nuts they just laugh because they put out nutty theories and no real reporting ever happens and it goes away...

Horowitz's report will say the guards are overworked nobody dindunuffins really wrong. 2 years after this is debated to death on the interwebz...

it wont. We've got a perfectly good conspiracy here and the conspiracy theorists are going to have to go frick it up with all kind of fantastical bullshite. It's almost as if they want people to throw their hands up and declare this yet another load of conspiratorial foolishness.

There's a reason why people who are successful at hanging themselves, do something about their hands before they commit.

There is actually something suspicious about this case. Adding in all kind of other foolishness though doesn't help moving it forward and keeping the pressure up. These sheets were regular sheets. That's what occurs when you're taken off of suicide watch.

And that's counting EVERYONE who has gone through that prison? Not just the ones on suicide watch or in the SHU
