Or the burden of proof is very low.

OK, I just watched the Nunes presser and he didn't look too happy. I think shite's about to hit the fan because it's obvious that Trump was clearly being spied on by Obama.

Nunes did say that it appeared "legal" but he also said the transcripts he read had absolutely no intelligence value, yet people's identities were unmasked anyway. This info was then compiled into intelligence reports and disseminated within the IC. The obvious question is who did it and why did they do it?

And even more concerning is that he is just now receiving this info from people he can't name. It appears that someone on the inside came forward as a sort of whistle blower to let him know that this shady shite had been going on.

Obama going to jail.

Did Comey and Rogers know about this and lie to Congress?

I wouldnt put anything past Comey. He destroyed Clinton's Campaign by releasing the Weiner computer contents. All done to get back at Lynch for making him look like a fool. Machiavellian subterfuge at its finest

As I said, the info was weaponized to use against the Trump admin.

This is a HUGE nightmare for Trump, but will he realize this before he runs his mouth?
The press caught him walking and asked if what Nunes had vindicated him. His reply: "Somewhat."

Doesn't sound like he thinks too much of it.

Obama isn't going to jail and neither is Hillary. The best the republicans can do is shame the democratic party so bad that they lose all credibility, and I dont know if that is possible.

I think Nunes may have just admitted to Obstruction of Justice. He made a point to say that they aren't opening a new investigation because this is already part of the ongoing investigation. That would mean even though these specific comms weren't Russia related, he just reported information that came up in the investigation directly to one of the subjects of that investigation. That can't be kosher, right?

And yet he was unmasked anyway... Did a court order that?

no shite. Why do you think everyone has been saying the leaks are illegal?

This has been known. Not sure why you're repeating it like a parrot
