So I keep hearing this chant during the snowflake marches, and I'm a little confused. Is Trump a Fascist? Maybe I don't understand the definition of Fascism? Does he have ties to the KKK? Does the KKK even still exist?

The white supremacist groups, which still do exist, have moved on from the KKK. All of the stories about "I saw a Klan rally" are so ridiculous because the modern white supremacist movement looks nothing like the KKK.

I don't think I have ever seen the KKK in the news for a (current) crime or assault

Trump is no fascist. It's a sill argument by people who have no clue of reality.
That being said.... I'd rather a fascist than a socialist even though they're more similar than the snowflakes on the left could even attempt to understand.

They try their best. Like right after the election when they were running with the "KKK celebrating Trump's win" story. Turned out to be like 10-15 rednecks in some podunk North Carolina town driving down the street with confederate battle flags.
