Gun manufacturers are only allowed to sell their new guns to citizens that are approved by the ATF
the Virginia governor is so concerned with criminals stockpiling weapons, yet sees no issue with the government doing the same.

I at least respect people supporting a blanket ban on guns, because that's way less stupid than laws restricting you to one gun purchase per month, having your conceal carry license stripped for any number of offenses having nothing to do with an individuals rights (like failure to pay child support)
yeah, we told gun owners they have to lock up their guns in their cars...we've really done something now.

Since it was not the gun that killed but the bullets shouldn't that be the target of the lawsuit? Shouldn't that be made "aware" of?

Kudos to the families of the 17 individuals killed at Newtown who refused to take part in this publicity stunt by Koskoff, Koskoff & Bieder. Today was the very last day such a lawsuit could have been filed and the reason that law firm waited to the last day is because they were hoping to persuade others to join in on it. The story should be about those 17 families rather than the 10 that allowed themselves to be hustled into this suit by a law firm which brags on its website that "Our attorneys have won six of the ten largest personal injury verdicts in Connecticut history.".
