The FBI probably arrested him with no evidence.

Are you defending an internet troll that intentionally gave a journalist an epileptic seizure because they disagreed about politics?
That's some funny shite right there

Does the gif have to be full screen and stared at for 30 seconds to initiate a epileptic seizure?
Can you provide a link?

Is all this shite planned?
Remember when Family Guy predicted a ton of false flags...and now South Park has predicted the war on the internet.
It's like somebody is writing this all behind the scenes.

Lol at you believing Eichenwald had a seizure.
If it did happen it's wrong, whether or not he had a seizure.

Strobe light gifs can cause seizures for epileptics which can result in death.
Just the mere one or two second long sight of one before you realize what it is and close it, or do you have to stare at it for longer?

hey shitty title maker
iechenwald filed a complaint, the FBI arrested him and pressed charges against Rivello. newsweek didnt have a thing to do with other where Rivello probably got KE's email address.
the vague point you are trying to make is shite much like your deceptive title.

because common sense
quote:
Just three per cent of epileptics suffer with photosensitivity – meaning flashing or flickering lights induce their seizures. Triggers include everything from ceiling fans, interactive whiteboards, and Christmas tree lights as well as, of course, gifs.
“Any flashing image between 5-25 Hertz (flashes per second) has the potential to trigger a seizure in someone who is photosensitive, although this is very rare,” says Professor Ley Sander, a medical director at the Epilepsy Society and professor of neurology at University College London. “People who are photosensitive should be very cautious when online as the internet and social media are full of flashing images.”
Poor little Eichenwald

Common sense would say that it is fricked up to trigger someone's photosensitive epilepsy because you disagree with their opinions.

common sense would say if you're browsing japanese tentacle porn you're probably MUCH more at risk of running across flashing gifs than someone replying to your tweet.
maybe he should have the FBI arrest the tentacle porn website owners too if he runs across an offending gif.

This guy intentionally targeted his Twitter because he knew he had photosensitive epilepsy. He wasn't just browsing the internet.
