Just because the story wasn't in the press till now doesn't mean they've impeded the investigation. Why does everyone assume that?

I don't know. I wasn't there. Perhaps it registered that he was firing at him and he didn't want to get shot, so he stopped running and put his hands up. Perhaps he lowered his head after getting shot somewhere else as a reaction to that shot.
Who knows. I'm skeptical of these witnesses, just like I was all of them. Just as I was of Wilson's version of events. But these witnesses do seem to corroborate some of the other witnesses. And the key point will probably never be corroborated - did Brown go for Wilson's gun?

Do me a favor, walk or run toward someoneand have rhem shoot you with paint balls in the arn. Then have them shoot you with paint balls doing the same with your arms raised.
Your arms down or up are reversed.
Try it now walk with your hand down.Now hold them up.
Anyone that says foresnics can't tell if the hands were up or downis FOS.
