Do people repeating this talking point have any idea how ridiculous and out of historical context this terrible argument for the "inherent racism" of the Constitution is?

I mean really? "3/5 of a person"? I guess out of context - if that was all you were taught would make a nice slogan - but it betrays ignorance of the highest order.
