helping Republicans by telling them that if they do not support amnesty that they will never win the white house again you are right....the Republicans are just a bunch of mean poo poo heads.

No, that's just math, I can see why you'd think its magic or a slur but here I'll simplify it for you- if White males are a decreasing percentage of voters as a whole, and the GOP only wins a majority of married white women and white men over the age of 35-- how are they going to win a national election barring some sort of national catastrophe that temporarily discredits Democratic Candidates?

Heck, the immigration thing wouldn't be nearly as big an issue if certain segments of the conservative movement didn't spend so much time scare-mongering and demonizing in order to boost ratings and raise money which in turn polarizes the Hispanic electorate to the point at which outside of first generation Cubans, 2/3rds or more of Hispanics vote Democratic because they aren't going to vote for a party that seems to hate them.

The narrative of the whole ordeal was to paint this as another racist, gun-toting white guy who couldn't wait to finally kill a black kid in his neighborhood. I'd say that's a pretty decent example.

I didn't see that as a narrative. What i saw is a narrative that showed our justice system is completely fricked.

GZ came off looking like a wannabe police thug b.c he was in fact a wannabe police thug.

a want, still can't believe this guy is in Congress. I knew him back in the day at school and worked with him for a few years. At least he is consistent, his views then match what he says today. Didn't agree with him then and I don't now. Very self righteous too.

Do tell.

It was an unfair remark, admittedly it was pretty on point in that its really screwed up that 5 men who think the government should be removed from Healthcare as much as possible also think the government should be able to control women's healthcare decisions but then again ideology of all stripes is pretty odd.

Dude really? This was not about controlling a woman's healthcare decision, but about the government forcing a company to pay for coverage that the company had a moral objection to. The woman could still get that coverage, just that the company isn't forced to pay for it. It seems Nancy Pelosi 's lies and embellishments are believed by some after all.

You know when you have the guy that doesn't quite fit into any group at school or work? And not because they are shy. The guy that you think gee he can't be all that bad and then you talk to him and you suddenly understand. The guy who thought all hippies were communists, etc. The guy who truly would shoot illegal immigrants crossing the border. The guy that had absolute conviction that his truth was the only truth. Sorta like that.

Blows my mind that he is where he is, especially considering his district.

jeebus, what is the crusade against fox news

I get that it sucks, but I don't see how it sucks worse than CNN, nor do I believe any 24 hour news network can claim superiority over the other. CNN runs "HLN" which is actually the worst of them all.

no, I'm just not as obsessed with race and gender as you are nor do I look for reasons to play the victim card.

Then you are not a critical thinker. Like I said before. Local TV stations do not hire fat white women as anchors. They hire fat black women. Perhaps you think that it is random. How sad.

Um... this is more men in general, watch a largely black sitcom-- the husband is still portrayed as a doof most of the time, its an age old television trope-- heck, it probably outdates TV-- its an old comedy adage, you don't punch down

Beat me to it. I was just going to point this out. Its a male thing, not a white male thing. But I guess if you want to feign outrage and play the victim card, don't let me stop you.

Not random, but probably because what you old white guys consider "fat," my black brethren and I consider "thick and juicy"

You yourself haven't really thought this through "critically," Zach. I truly believe that the dems have formally adopted an "older white guys vs. the rest strategy", but your little conspiracy theories about the media emasculating white men probably wouldn't withstand any real scrutiny. Look at top-grossing films, car commercials, AMEX ads, etc. You guys do alright. And I'm all for it. Brothers from a different mother.

That is a whole nother subject for a sociology board that we don't have here.

Seriously, I consider a woman who is, say, 5-5, 150, to be obese. Since puberty I have never been attracted to fat. Maybe it's genetics. Maybe it's anthropolical. But I didn't wake up one morning and say "I shall never have Mr. Happy come to attention when I see a fat girl."

Sigh, I hate white people sometimes.

Btw that was a joke admins.

But anyways, that is definitely not fat. Especially if she has a curvy body type up top and down low with a slim waist. Zach don't like no cushion for the pushing?

Which is.....

It can be fat, but doesn't have to be. Body type matters more

A 5'5'', 150lb woman would have to be an Olympic athlete to not be a little too thicky thick. Not saying I haven't, not saying I have.

You know what I'm saying.
