Why, though? Excessively skinny girls are boatloads of fun in the sack. They have the same image issues as fat chicks with none of the fat.

I don't know if I'd call it "demonization"; but it is interesting how the last several home security commercials that have come out show a sneaky white man decked out in a sweatsuit breaking into someone's home. Without exception it's always the white guy in a sweatsuit you have to keep an eye on.

No, its usually just the guy regardless of race. All of those awful Tyler Perry sitcoms, George Lopez Show, Martin, etc all come to mind
This is what I was trying to say-- if almost all of your lead characters are white, of course the butt of the joke is going to be white. If on the other hand you have a largely minority cast, then the butt of the joke is probably going to be whoever is playing the husband there-- its a massively common comedy trope dating back beyond the invention of the sitcom.

Meh. There are several examples that are different. The Jeffersons (the most racist show ever) had two white characters that were always the idiot honkey.
