I'm glad the school the used to work for had the balls to confront this issue and handle it properly. There my still be hope for this countries educational system.

That's how I felt until my son came home from school and said they were having a presidential election. I asked him who he was voting or and he said Hillary Clinton. I asked why and he said "because she will give me a donut". Not sure how he came to that conclusion, but I proceeded to go on a rant about how evil she was. Couldn't help myself.

How is she going to afford your beer and cigarettes? You may have to start dating one of your other aunts/cousins/sisters.

By kids, I meant my high school student where I teach. My own children are getting a full on indoctrination.

Meh! I'm just waiting for someone who gets fired fired for telling students to vote MAGA. Then we'll see the conservative hypocrisy.

Good. I don't care who she told the students they should or should not have voted for. And firing seems a bit harsh. Perhaps some sort of reprimand or very brief suspension. But she was wrong no matter the party she preached against
