When I'm faced with the quandary of doing something I'm assigned to do that goes against my moral character, my first instinct is to let out a big ole guffaw.

Is Hillary not radical enough for them? As much as they fawn over both her and slick willy, they didn't think bill was down for the cause either.

They don't like her high negative numbers which is why they jumped on the BHO train so quickly.

Isn't there some lawyer code about knowing someone has committed a crime and still representing them, or not reporting to the court?

No they don't. What they find disgusting is the idea that a liberal feminist could very likely become President of the United States.

And she would be an even worse president than Obama. That scares the hell out of me.

This audio won't matter to Hillary supporters, just like it didn't matter to the woman in the video. A liberal politician can do anything they want to do, no matter how bad, and the liberal voter wouldn't care.

This has nothing at all to do with her ability to be President.

She has nothing that will make her a good president. She really did great at being Secretary of State... Why in the hell would you think she'd make a good president?

Jesus.

No, people who commit crimes still have to have legal representation.

Yep she did. Though it was a close race. And that empty suit beat 2 republicans.

Shows you how stupid the American voters are.

Agreed. The Reps are messing up, imo, by bashing on and on about Obama's incompetence. If the Reps don't start hammering the Democrat platform in general showing all its shortcomings then the Dems in '16 are just going to be glad Obama can't run again but hey, no worry, Hillary is waiting in the wings. She is woman(I think), she is liberal, she can't be any worse than Obama.

Unless the platform can be attacked successfully, all the name calling in the world isn't going to affect on which lever a Dem will pull.

Not even that will work. You think the average low info voter knows what the platform is of the candidate Wolf Blitzer told he or she to vote for? Low info libs listen for catchy phrases and celebrity name drops.

I suspect more than half of the criminal defenses in this nation are by attorneys who know their client is guilty.

I think they can get themselves in trouble if they put their client on the stand and allow them to lie if the attorney knows its a lie.

You didn't. I meant that as a general statement/question. I should've written, "why would anyone think she'd make a good president."

I learned all my legal expertise from watching crime dramas on tv and my professional opinion is that a defense attorney usually never asks if you did it so they cant be accused of suborning perjury should you take the stand. If you told them you did it, I would think they wouldnt let you take the stand and deny it or they could get disbarred.

That will be $500

No, don't think that was it. Once they realized he could win some states then they wanted to be history makers-the party of the first black president, with Teddy Kennedy leading the charge.

I believe that's correct but you rarely see criminal defendant take the stand.

I would have to have new counsel assigned if I knew a rapist of a 12 year old girl was guilty. Not knocking Hillary here, but I would not represent the person. I would never be a criminal defense lawyer anyway. This issue has to come up at times.

Very true but I was basically talking about people who do put some emphasis on agendas. There has to be a lot of folks out there who do decide on the issues. I think a "before and after" campaign concernig the last eight years by the Reps will be more receptive. No specific finger pointing at individuals, just the party itself.

This would be the Dems worse nightmare.
