Former governor of Massachusetts. Health policy trailblazer.

people like you don't deserve Mitt...or the Freedom he represents.
You must mean the freedom of never having to work a day in your life because your daddy is a billionaire. Where do I sign up?

You don't think Mitt ever worked a day on his life? I'm no fan of his, but you cannot be this stupid. Or maybe you can?

This country obviously didn't deserve Mitt Romney...it deserves Barack Obama. And the consequence therein. It's called learning the hard way.
Yep, our nation is reaping what idiots have sowed big time. I just hope we will be able to recover from a very harsh lesson.

So you don't think the constitution places any limits on government? Really? You even laugh at the statement?
It has built in rubber stamps to create a guise of legitimacy of checks for the public. In reality, it has no limits, because all they need is a ruling saying that they can.
There's a disconnect from intentions to reality. People talk about the founders intentions all the time. That doesn't really mean a damn thing. Look at what resulted. That means a whole lot more.

Honest question: what is it you think Mitt would have done differently?

in any system, including anarchy, this is the truth. you just need a powerful person with a following + his/her ruling
and all it takes is a little fear/catastrophe to get to that point

Wonderful! Gonna have to view and review. No, I don't mean that I'll be watching twice.

True, but I'd prefer to have the option to disassociate myself for just such an occasion.

that is an illusion in anarchy, though

Another blatant attempt to repair his image. I hate political propaganda. Only the weak minded fall for it.

Mitt would've been a good president. His campaign was terrible and he let Obama define him & set the narrative.

What is pathetic about this statement is you have a president that basically took a nap in the first debate and was destroyed by Mitt. My guess is that Mitt underestimated the populous level of stupidity and assumed that people would be able to think for themselves as to who would be a better president. He was wrong. He should have lowered his standards because this country becomes stupider by the day and there seem to be fewer and fewer people that care about who gets elected president and will vote for party and color rather than ability.

Obama speaks the language "stupid" better than Mitt. That was Mitts only downfall.

if i put a gun to your head or your family's head, and i have 10 guys with guns behind me, how are you going to disassociate?

What you're describing isn't anarchy.
Actually, it might be describing anarcho-communist. Those dudes are straight mini tyrants.

Totally in agreement that our rights are Natural. But even Natural/God-given rights can be ignored and taken away, especially by a group who basically don't believe in or respect those Rights.
The majority of the populous no longer believe in or respect the Natural Rights of the Individual as being the sound bases for establishing what Collective right should exist. That is why they no longer deserve such...and are in the process of surrendering those rights to any yahoo than can be coerced to vote. Of course, the minority goes in the Authoritarian Govt. boat too. Unless the choose to flip the whole boat...and swim for it.
Please pardon my mischaracterization; I seldom not names...just ideas.

Watching... multitasking...
This is cool, really, so far.
OK, he hadn't thought about what to include in a concession speech until now that it's apparent he's lost. Gotta admire his aversion to negative waves, Sgt. Oddball!

Six years earlier... the camera is rolling and he's playing with his grandkids in the snow. I guess, in front of a camera, we should have expected something else?
