Exactly. That's pretty much how it works. It was never going to fail by 1 or 2. There are a lot of people who were taking risks voting for it..now that they have cover, they can come out against it.

ocare went thru 13 months of negotiations, dozens of committee and hometown hearings, and 170 Republican amendments....
so get your facts straight.
