If true, that is crazy for a commodity that is making bones off this election. Not that much of a track record, IMHO.

Obviously fox valued her. They also probably realized that it would be tough to lose two primetime female anchors so close together.
There are very few cable news hosts which have a brand name, megyn kelly is one of them.

A lot of talking heads got their sails blown this year by Trump's wind. I guess if you can ride it while he's providing the material for 4 years, run with it.

she is rich beyond your wildest dreams, she will never have to work again. And probably was that way before the jump to NBC.
She doesn't have to do shite except sit on the beach and look hot. On top of that she will always have a job too. Again, brand names are few and far between - she will stay employed for the next 20-40 years.
