And I agree!
1- Putin is actively trying to bring the US down.
2- He is using the Media as part of that
3- He is using the left to do that
4- He is using our system aginst us to do that
4- He is promoting the idea that we need to allow any and all Muslims in because he understands the devastation it can cause.

Long term, I agree. ISIS will be defeated as long as we maintain the will to annihilate them. They are a short term threat to a limited number of lives. Russia is a long term threat to world stability. They are actively working to seize world dominance.
5 years ago, the vast majority of this board agreed. Obama screwed the pooch dealing with ISIS (and Russia tbh), but they are still nowhere near the long run threat that Russia is

Putin wants to make sure all countries are working in the interest of Russia. Muslims want to spread Islam by killing those who refuse to submit to it. I'll go with Muslims as the bigger threat.

Generally a nuclear state actor is always going to be a bigger threat than an upstart terrorist group. The latter has the advantage of asymmetrical warfare, which strikes at ideology and security. The former has nuclear weapons and can affect the world for decades to come.

Russia has no interest in a war with the United States. And we have zero interest in a war with them, exactly the way things have been for the entirety of the relationship between the two countries.

Russia certainly is A LOT more of a real threat than ISIS. But what country with a armed forces is not more of a threat than ISIS?
Beside Russia's military the difference between ISIS and Russia is Russia can be reasoned with. ISIS, not so much unless you convert to Islam.
