Hitler and Assad both used chemical weapons against civilians.
Hitter didn't use nerve agents in any form. Assad did.

He actually did make a similar comment but I got a phone call and missed the end of his response. Essentially what he was saying is that chemical weapons have never been used on the battlefield and there are certain things we need to do to ensure they never are.

actually the german gov't stripped them of german citizenship before killing them. But I think your point is still correct, even if its technically wrong.

I'm not disagreeing with you, nor do I know what the latest argument over politic semantics is...but I can tell you this: Mattis addressed this issue, said what was being done is unprecedented and will not be tolerated...
Oh, and I tend to trust the Mad Dog so
