hey left hook Did it ever occur to you to wake and realize that smoking is so out of date? Get that stink away from people. You want to smoke stay the hell home.

You should be a allowed to smoke on your own property like house or car, but not in public since second hand smoke is a known carcinogen and irritation to peoples' eyes and lungs which is beyond dispute.

Ralph is right. At every step of the way smokers have been entirely incooperative . if u want evidence I can share w you piles of butts in certain places. I know not all smokers litter and some of them make a effort to stay out of the way of others when smoking... But the rest of them have ruined it for all

Houston just banned smoking in all public parks. Do you really think they will enforce that on the muni golf courses ?

.....I don't smoke....think it's disgusting.....but it's a damn slippery slope when the government starts banning legal activity because it offends a few people....

The danger of second hand smoke is probably the second biggest lie regarding a public health issue behind the "everyone has AIDS" stuff from the 80s and 90s.

I agree. I can even see the argument for an indoor ban for public buildings, but if you're walking across the quad you're not affecting anyone.
