I don't even remember Romney destroying computers. If he was bound by law to keep communications and what not, he broke the law.

What does this have to do with Lerner? Was Romney's computers records subpoenaed? Was he under investigation?

I don't remember anything about Romney destroying computers before he left office.
I also don't recall the State of Massachusetts bringing charges against him for breaking the law, or Romney pleading the 5th at legislative hearings looking into the matter.
If he did what you allege, then he should have been held accountable.
If he was not held accountable for his actions, then take it up with the State of Massachusetts, not this board.
