How is it false propaganda if its true?
He met with the Russian ambassador, twice last year. He lied to Congress during his confirmation hearings about having met with the Russians.

well, I'm not going to argue semantics with you. He was asked directly, did he have any communications with the Russians while working for the Trump campaign. He said "no", which is categorically false. Now he is trying to back track. Typical. Just like Flynn.

But that wasn't the question Franken asked. He asked him if he or any Trump surrogate spoke with Russian officials about the 2016 election.
Now, there's no way of knowing what Sessions and the ambassador spoke about unless the FBI has some intelligence evidence (such as a recording). And I suspect if they did have such evidence, the Obama holdovers in the IC would have already ran to the NYT with it. But they haven't done so, which is very suspect since we know Sessions talked to the Ambassador on the phone. The NSA had Flynn's phone recordings but don't have recordings of Sessions speaking with the very same ambassador Flynn talked to?
This whole thing is one big witch hunt.

That is not what he asked him at all. Go watch the video. He asked sessions what he would do if he found out that anyone was communicating with the Russians. Good lord! Sessions did not answer the question and then volunteered the information that has now gotten him in trouble .
