I would go with Jimmy Buffet's Trying to Reason with Hurricane Season . It was on the A1A album if I'm not mistaken.

Climate change aside, this “super nino” we just had really only benefited California. Central Texas got snubbed for sure. Canyon lake is a mud hole.

Was out in Cali a few weeks ago and it was greener than I can ever remember.
