And to clarify I believe every single gun law on the books is unconstitutional because they are all an infringement. The only law that could be passed that would not be an infringement would be if the government required every citizen to posses a firearm.

I think it's fricked up but I can't do anything about it.
What I can do is stay armed and stay proficient with my firearms. The court says they can be armed, well I'm armed as well. And I'd wager that I have more training and expertise than they do if it comes down to brass tacks.

I have two different ranges on my farm and shoot one of my firearms on nearly a daily basis. I have enough firearms to outfit a squad and enough ammunition to outfit a platoon.
I have one target set up to shoot at from my front porch.

Sad how some of these illegals are treated better than a citizen.
And just because he isn't a violent felon here, doesn't mean he isn't a violent felon. And since he doesn't have to prove who he is, I guess that is ok.

Thankfully we're in a very "2A-friendly" state with many avid shooters who pack heat at all times, myself included.

Where do those rights end? At that point, what's the point of citizenship?
Due process with crimes is an international standard and human right. Right to bear arms is not. Again, why should ALL US citizen rights apply to those who step foot in America?

The Constitution specifies some citizen-only rights, which is why it's clear that the Constitution envisioned rights that extend beyond just citizens (or else the distinction of "citizen" would never be needed).
