It’s illegal in Illinois regardless to poses a firearm without a FOID and or CCL.
Good thing this may be the final nail against FOID. If an illegal has 2a protection so do state residents.

It's not even a stretch to think modern progressives wouldn't try to use the right to bear arms by an illegal immigrant as precedence to allow the same illegals the right to vote.
Many states and municipalities have already enacted ordinances or laws allowing non citizens to vote.
Aren't the right to bear arms and the right to vote constitutional rights?
There is no limit to the dilution of citizens rights these jackals are willing to stoop to.
Democrats and their judicial henchmen are trying to turn the 2A against 2A supporters.
I would like to review this judges past rulings, statements and beliefs on the 2A to see how much consistency he has shown, or if his new support was afforded solely to this non citizen.

The 15th amendment specifically states you have to be a citizen to vote. You can't extend that to non citizens, though I'm sure some states will try

15th amendment specifically says the right of citizens of the U.S. to vote shall not be abridged based on race, gender, etc. 26th amendment establishes the voting age at 18.
Citizens is key word here. Whereas the 2nd amendment says simply the people.
Bill of Rights in general is seen as natural born inalienable rights so you can argue that the first 10 amendments applies to non citizens in the US
