Jindal's congrat tweet to Scalise

Did he also put out a bunch of other stuff? Sure but so what? He is the governor and Friday is a good day to dump press releases.

A huge waste of talent, as he is way above average in intelligence, especially in comparision to other pols, and seemingly has no "criminal" intent in what he does (the polar opposite being EWE whose every action was criminally motivated)& at his age he could have done wonders for the state, and himself as well. Now he's a joke, pandering to anyone/thing he perceives as being able to help him politically.

This is pretty much how I feel.

I think Jindal's first term was a great, great thing for Louisiana. People actually started believing in the state again. People weren't embarrased. He was taking on the problems in the schools. He was taking on the problems in the business community. He seemed to have EWE's likability, Foster's brain, and Roemer's dedication. I thought he really would go on to be the best governor this state ever had.

Then the second term occured, and he has become a state embarrassment.

All of his political handlers need to be taken out and shot. They have destroyed a good leader.

Looks like Jindal is working hard for that conservative vote. Are y'all ready to storm D.C.?

what a moron.

Great thing is, no way he gets the nomination and after his term we won't hear from him anymore.

well if we want to compete with the world we need a standard.

That really is a fantastic show. My wife and I have started Netflix-ing it. We like to make big plans when we're watching....

I've been a huge fan since I first started watching "No Reservations" on the Travel Channel in 2007. Great programming. I think I like Parts Unknown even more.

Parts Unknown on CNN has been fantastic. My favorites have been his episode about post-Ghadaffi Libya and Detroit.

That was a really good segment.

His show seems to do something no other show I've seen do: he shows the humanity in everyone/everywhere he visits.

Much of me wants to believe this is the primary culprit, that Jindal really isn't as self-centered and arrogant as he comes off, but that his handlers have just completely taken over.

But, he's a very smart guy. If this has happened, he's got to be smart enough to put a stop to it. So far, he's only allowed it to perpetuate.

Believe it or not, I most enjoyed the show about the most foreign place of all--the Mississippi Delta. That one kind of tied with Russia.

Louisiana governors are very powerful. He's buying his own hype. Athletes do it all the time. When he says the things he says, when he believes the things his handlers tell him, he thinks he's smart enough to actually pull it off.

Thinking you are the smartest guy in the room + everyone around you telling you what you want to hear = recipe for disaster. In this way, he is very much like Obama.

Probably the most retarded thing Jindal has ever said. And that's saying a lot.

Yea....I totally forgot about the Revolutionary War, and then the Civil War almost 100 years later.
