I’ve known him his whole life. Not a bad guy at all. But he wanted to be Governor of Louisiana since he was 5 years old. Never made it. Always kind of rooted for him.

I've known Jay for years, I didn't like him becoming part of the JBE administration, but, that was what he wanted to do.Jay is a stand-up guy of the highest integrity. I'm sorry if some people can't see past petty politics.

No. He was in student government at LSU and went right into politics when he graduated. The perfect example of what is wrong with politics in this country.
