Sorry, young buck, but men have been forced to pay child support for kids that are demonstrably (DNA) not theirs, for decades, at least. But, please do answer the question. Why is abortion through the second and third trimester legal, but many states will charge the killing of such a woman double murder?
And that has nothing to do with child support. Stop taking hits off of your girlfriend's limited oxygen supply and think like you have personal agency.

Clearly that's not true by definition (again, see above). "Fetus" is a word used to describe a human being in a certain stage of development, like "infant" or "adolescent."
What you're claiming is that because someone uses a specific term for a human being that denotes that human's developmental stage that he or she ceases to be a human, which is, of course, preposterous.
Secondly, the (obviously fallacious) argument that a fetus is not a human is not the argument that you started out with. This is a pivot.
